JOB PURPOSE
The waiter is responsible for providing prompt, efficient service of food and beverages, taking orders and guiding runners while maintaining quality standards. He/she sets and clears tables, keeps the restaurant tidy and advises guests on menu items and drinks.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Arranges table set-ups before and after each customer according to the brand's established standards.

Presents customers with the menu upon their arrival, assists in their item selection, takes orders and serves food in a timely manner.

Communicates efficiently with the kitchen staff and barista to guarantee customer satisfaction and collaborates with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of all activities.

Ensures the staff consistently delivers friendly, professional and timely service and reports immediately any discrepancies or customer complaints to the Manager on duty.

Collects bill payments from customers and hands them over to the cashier.
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Language Proficiency

Fluency in English.

Arabic is a plus.
EDUCATION
High school degree.
EXPERIENCE
One years of experience in customer service in a similar role.
