Waiter/Waitress

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests across Printemps Doha’s diverse F&B outlets. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Waiter/Waitress plays a crucial role in delivering a memorable and luxurious dining experience, reflecting the unique brand identity of each outlet.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using POS systems is a plus

Job Specific Skills:

• Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience.
• Food & Beverage Service: Proficiency in serving food and beverages according to service standards.
• Product Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• POS System Proficiency: Ability to use POS systems for order taking and billing.
