Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waitresses to join our growing team across our café and restaurant brands. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
• Ensure tables are properly set and clean at all times.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to make menu recommendations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support the team to maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Follow all company hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and during busy hours.
