Waitress

· Welcome and assist customers and cater to their needs

· Accurately takes dining and take-away customer orders

· Remove unnecessary dishes and debris at the tables while customer is dining

· Buss out tables after customer have finished their meals

· Performing shift duties, like filling up service stations (dishes, rolling silverwares, tissues, sanitizers and condiments), pre bussing tables, wiping tables, removing debris and more.

· Follow current safety and sanitation policies whenever managing food and beverages

· Maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment for customer to enjoy at all times

· Make personalized recommendations and promote items from the menu

· Provide high-quality service and ensure the guests’ needs are met

· Speak with customers using a clear, professional, and respectful language at all times

· Processing customer cash, debit/credit card, and online payments thru Handheld and Desktop POS

· Get feedback from customers and strive to provide better service

· Meet hygiene, grooming, and safety standards
