Role Description:

• Provide excellent customer service in a lounges and nightlife environment
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Work with professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (fine dining/nightlife)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
• Presentable, reliable, and guest-focused
• Able to work under pressure and in shifts
