Waitress and Barista

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waitress to join our team in Al Wakrah. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Serve food and beverages according to company standards

* Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

* Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service* Process bills and handle cash/card payments

* Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a waitress or in a similar role

* Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

* Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-oriented

* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

* Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays

* Must be locally available in Qatar

* Valid QID is required

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
