Waitress (Arabic & English Speaking)

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and friendly Waitress who can communicate fluently in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate should have prior F&B experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer their questions.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Arabic and English fluency (speaking & understanding required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waitress in F&B, preferably in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,700.00 per month
