About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Arabic-speaking female to join our gaming lounge team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across our PC gaming area, billiards section, and café while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve customers promptly.
• Monitor and assist guests in the PC gaming and billiards areas when required.
• Ensure customer requests, inquiries, and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, gaming stations, billiard tables, and all customer areas.
• Process orders and payments through the POS system.
• Promote menu items, beverages, gaming packages, and special offers.
• Increase sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Recommend products and services based on customer preferences and needs.
• Encourage customers to extend gaming sessions and utilize additional lounge services.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Assist management in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, services, and promotions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company standards for hygiene, safety, and customer service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in waitressing, hospitality, customer service, cafés, restaurants, or gaming lounges is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Strong sales and upselling abilities.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
