Shamla Mandi Restaurant is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Waitress cum Barista to deliver excellent service and craft delicious beverages.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waitress and barista.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, etc.).
• Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and beverage preparation areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and team for seamless operations.
