Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Waitress cum Cashier to join our hotel bar team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to our guests while managing billing and cash handling efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a polite and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Operate POS system for billing and cash handling
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage cash accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and bar area
• Assist with stock monitoring and inventory management
• Resolve guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress and/or cashier, preferably in a hotel, bar, or restaurant
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English required (additional languages are a plus)
• Must be currently in UAE
