Gaya Cafe is an Italian-inspired café dedicated to delivering exceptional food, coffee, and customer service. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress cum Cashier to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Promote menu items, desserts, and beverages to increase sales.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow company standards for hygiene, grooming, and customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of GCC experience as a Waitress and/or Cashier in a café or restaurant.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English.
• Well-groomed, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in different locations, shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
