Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 (Depending on experience)

About Us

Uncle Shawerma is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Cashier / Waitress to join our team and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate POS system and process cash/card payments
• Handle billing and issue receipts
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and cashier area
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address basic concerns professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order preparation and delivery
• Assist in table arrangement and branch presentation
• Promote menu items and upsell when appropriate
• Monitor stock of front counter supplies
• Follow company hygiene and service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as Cashier, Waitress, or Customer Service staff is preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Friendly personality and professional appearance
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Team player with positive attitude
• Willing to work flexible shifts
• Experience in restaurant or fast-food industry is an advantage
• Currently available in UAE
