Waitress (Female)

We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer focused Waitress for our upscale restaurant and lounge. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional table service, ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well groomed appearance and professional demeanor
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurant or airline industry a plus
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferably Eastern European
• Good English language communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with guests regarding requests, concerns, and complaints
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring service quality
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned tables and service areas
• Process bills and payments accurately according to company procedures
