Waitress (On-call and events-only)

Roccapulco is looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Waitresses to join our team. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-energy nightclub environment.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain any required food handling certifications.
• Professional appearance and friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Ensure tables and VIP sections are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, security, and management to create a seamless guest experience.
• Promote specials, events, and VIP offerings when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Help create the energetic and welcoming atmosphere that Roccapulco Night Club is known for.
