• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any needs or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest safety.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed, fostering a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
