We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and address any issues that may arise.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve any issues effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to restaurant operations.
• Must be over 18 years.
