Waitress/Cashier/Barista

A fine dining waitress/server delivers exceptional, personalized service, combining deep menu knowledge with high-end,, discreet service protocols. Key duties include welcoming guests, providing expert recommendations (food/wine pairing), managing table turnover timing, and maintaining pristine table settings. This role requires at least 2+ years of experience, a professional appearance, and impeccable attention to detail.

  • Customer Experience: Greet guests, present menus, explain specials, and provide personalized service.
  • Menu Expertise: Master the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to make recommendations.
  • Service Delivery: Take precise orders, serve food/drinks according to strict standards (e.g., serving left, clearing right), and manage course timing.
  • Table Maintenance: Set up tables with proper linens, polished cutlery, and glassware.
  • Order Accuracy: Input orders into POS systems accurately and communicate with the kitchen.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to sanitation standards, maintain a clean station, and ensure pristine presentation.
