Waitress/Service Crew

A waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome customers upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Taking Orders: Listen carefully to customer orders, including any special requests, and input them accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure that all orders are correct and meet customer expectations.
• Providing Menu Information: Offer detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Handling Payments: Process customer payments accurately, provide change, and handle cash transactions efficiently.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that tables are clean and tidy, and assist in cleaning dining areas as needed.
• Addressing Customer Complaints: Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
