Waitress/Service Crew

Open Positions:

• Waiter
• Captain

1️ WaiterResponsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
• Present menus and explain dishes clearly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Ensure guest satisfaction during service
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in UAE (preferred)
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Presentable and well-groomed
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure

2️ Restaurant Captain Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide waiters during service
• Ensure smooth floor operations
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely service
• Maintain service standards and hygiene
• Train new staff when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service
• Ability to manage busy restaurant operations
• UAE experience preferred
