Waitress/Waiter

We are looking for personable, attentive, and detail-oriented Waitress/Waiter to join our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and dietary considerations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Recommend additional products and menu specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and provide correct change/receipts.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years previous experience at a busy and reputable fine dining restaurant is a requirement
• Age to be between 21-32
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork spirit, work ethic and flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Fluency in English.
• Immediately available.
