Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the cash register or OpenTable system.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as necessary, maintaining cleanliness in the service area.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of service.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
