Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service environment.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food service operations, including banquet and culinary practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A clean and professional appearance is essential for this role.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
