Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or food service, demonstrating exceptional guest relations skills and a passion for providing outstanding service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and drink selections.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for special events or peak service times.

Skills

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed.
