Job Summary

As a vital link between the kitchen and the table, you will deliver food and beverages with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your role is essential in maintaining the lively atmosphere of our restaurant, blending culinary expertise with outstanding guest relations to foster repeat visits and positive reviews.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and operate POS systems including OpenTable for reservations management
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bussing and resetting as needed to ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food safety protocols at all times
• Assist guests with questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or wine pairings to elevate their dining experience
• Support host/hostess duties when necessary by managing reservations, seating guests promptly, and managing waitlists during busy hours
• Uphold sanitation standards through proper food handling procedures and adherence to health regulations
