Duties

• Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Gallery Inn standards and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food, bar and seating area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Utilize Clover POS system for processing orders efficiently and accurately.
• Demonstrate time management skills by prioritizing tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
• Uphold high standards of food handling practices throughout the bar operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of culinary principles related to food preparation and safety is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CloverPOS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
