Waitstaff/Server

Overview
Join our team as a Server. Experience preferred and diner experience a plus!

Varied hours/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience as wait staff in a diner or restaurant
• Some knowledge of POS systems is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or cashiering is highly desirable
• Capable of working flexible hours including nights and weekends
