• Take orders, process payments, and bus tables.
• Seat guests and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Set up the buffet , refill and take down dishes.
• Provide 5-star customer service and handle guest complaints politely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards.
• Ability to maintain a professional image and adhere to the dress code.
• Willing to obtain a food handler's permit (cost covered by Sapp Bros.).
• Physical ability to perform tasks and remain at the work site as required.
• Must pass a background and employment reference check.
