Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and accommodate special requests or dietary needs
• Maintain excellent member relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction
• We are looking for someone with a positive attitude to become part of our team

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining settings
• Familiarity with POS systems, ClubEssential
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, upselling, and member relations
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
