Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, ideally in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale venues
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, serving techniques, and restaurant operations
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and contribute positively to team sales goals
