Walk-in for PRT TEACHER (Only Female Candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning & Delivery:
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum or school guidelines.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Integrate technology and creative resources into lessons where appropriate.
• Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring:
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and observations.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify students needing additional support and work with parents and support staff to address needs.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment.
• Encourage good behavior and respect for others through consistent classroom management strategies.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, and administration to enhance the curriculum and learning environment.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated on teaching methods, educational technologies, and curriculum changes.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
