Walk in Interview- Banking Relationship Officer

A Banking Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking products and services. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, business development, account management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote banking products and services including loans, credit cards, deposits, insurance, and investment products.
• Identify customer financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Monitor client accounts and ensure timely follow-up on transactions and documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
