We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads to generate business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Willingness to travel if required.
