Maintenance Executive:
Job Description:

• Responsible for daily maintenance operations of the hotel, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and ensure all systems are in good working condition.
• Attend to guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments when needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major issues to management.
• Ensure safety standards are followed across the property.
• High level of patience and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Good Communication Skills – English/Hindi.
• Basic technical or trade knowledge preferred.
