The Role

We are seeking high-energy Sales & Leasing Agents who understand the Dubai property pulse. You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential sellers, buyers, and tenants.
• Conducting property viewings and providing honest, expert market advice.
• Negotiating deals and closing transactions efficiently.
• Building a strong personal brand under the reputable Upstate Properties umbrella.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of active experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
• Skills: Proven track record of closing deals and strong negotiation skills.
• Communication: Excellent command of English (Multilingual candidates are highly preferred).
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut).
• Attitude: Results-oriented, self-disciplined, and professional.
