The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, and closing sales. The role includes achieving monthly targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and explain products/services to clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
• Attend team meetings, training, and sales reviews.
