Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader for Credit Card Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team responsible for promoting and selling credit card products. The Team Leader will be accountable for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of credit card sales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure team achievement
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback
- Drive field and/or tele-sales activities to maximize sales productivity
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices
- Handle escalated customer issues and support the team in closing deals
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of credit card applications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in credit card sales or banking sales
