Walk in interview-Telesales Executive- Credi Card Sales

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products or services clearly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Generate sales leads and close deals over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections and resolve concerns politely
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
