TGT (All Subjects) Job Description

1. Teaching Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned subjects according to the school’s curriculum (ICSE Board).
• Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging, interactive lessons.
• Use innovative teaching methods and technology to make learning effective.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

2. Student Assessment & Evaluation:

• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate students’ performance and maintain academic records.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students for improvement.
• Identify students needing extra help and provide remedial support if required.

3. Curriculum & Subject Development:

• Assist in developing and updating teaching material, lesson plans, and study resources.
• Align teaching methods with the school’s educational goals.
• Participate in designing subject-specific projects, activities, and competitions.

4. Co-Curricular & Extra-Curricular Activities:

• Organize or participate in educational trips, workshops, and activities.
• Encourage students to participate in debates, quizzes, cultural programs, or sports.
• Mentor students in clubs or subject-related societies if required.

5. Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintain attendance, grade books, and other required documentation.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required by the school.

6. Professional Development:

• Keep updated with latest teaching methods and educational trends.
• Attend seminars, training sessions, and workshops for skill enhancement.

7. Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work collaboratively with other teachers and departments.

Timings : 9:00am - 12:00pm.

Master's degree , plus a professional teaching qualification like a 2-year D.El.Ed/B.El.Ed/D.Ed, and must pass the CTET/STET Paper I (or equivalent state test)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
