Job description:

We are looking for energetic and confident Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, engaging with customers, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads
• Handle inbound customer queries and convert them into sales opportunities
• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Follow communication scripts and company SOPs
• Collaborate with team leads and managers for performance improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (for international campaigns)
• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus
