Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Good typing speed and computer proficiency

Language Requirement: Advanced level of English speaking and writing is a minimum requirement which will be tested throughout the interview process.

Shift availability

  • Day Shift & night shift

Walk-in Interview Schedule:
Interviews will be conducted on a walk-in basis from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Walk-in Interviews location: Bahria Town Clock tower, Phase 7 Rawalpindi, Hamdan Plaza Kabul Restaurant Building 2nd floor office #1 JTR Prime Link Services.
