Walk Test Engineer (In-Building)

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in in‑building cellular walk testing or RF field testing.
• Strong hands‑on experience with TEMS and/or XCAL (setup, logging, and execution).
• Proven experience in in‑building test kit setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of phone configuration for testing (band lock, RAT lock, carrier configuration).
• Good understanding of LTE and 5G NR fundamentals (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, CQI, throughput).
• Experience testing DAS, Small Cells, or IBS (In‑Building Solutions) is required.
• Ability to read and follow walk test routes and floor plans.
• Comfortable working in indoor environments for extended periods (walking/standing).
• Basic knowledge of log file handling and transfer to RF teams.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
