Wall painter

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primers or sealants as required
• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to interior and exterior walls using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Follow project specifications, drawings, and color schedules for tower construction or high-rise buildings
• Work at heights using scaffolding, ladders, or lifts while strictly following safety procedures
• Mix paints and materials to achieve the correct color, texture, and consistency
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality standards, smooth finishes, and proper coverage
• Protect surrounding areas (floors, fixtures, glass, and fittings) from paint splashes or damage
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition
• Follow all site safety rules, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Participate in training sessions to improve painting techniques, safety awareness, and job efficiency
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on-site to meet project timelines
• Report material requirements, surface defects, or safety concerns to site supervisors
