Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Abacus Classes: Teach students how to use the abacus for mental arithmetic and speed calculation.
• Curriculum Delivery: Follow structured lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Skill Development: Help students improve concentration, memory, and mental agility through abacus techniques.
• Progress Monitoring: Track student performance and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in teaching abacus or mental math (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them grow intellectually.
• Certification in abacus training (can be provided post-hiring by some employers).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
