Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to join our educational team. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students of varying skill levels.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in their academic growth through tutoring, mentoring, and academic advising.
• Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development and instructional design initiatives.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with scientific concepts such as Cell Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology is a plus.
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for various educational settings including private schools.
• Proven classroom management skills with experience working with students of different backgrounds and abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in research laboratory settings is advantageous; familiarity with scientific research methodologies is preferred.
