About the Role

We are seeking experienced and results-driven professionals specializing in Dubai's off-plan property market to join our growing team.

We are hiring for the following positions:

• Experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agents
• Off-Plan Sales Managers

Experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent Responsibilities

• Source and generate new clients interested in off-plan properties
• Promote projects from leading developers such as Emaar Properties, DAMAC Properties, Sobha Realty, and Nakheel
• Conduct client consultations and property presentations
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Build strong relationships with investors and end users
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Off-Plan Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of off-plan agents
• Assist agents in negotiating and closing transactions
• Develop sales strategies and monitor performance
• Build relationships with developers and key clients
• Ensure the team consistently meets sales goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales
• Strong ability to source clients and close deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and developers
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
