We are seeking passionate, creative, and caring Kindergarten Teachers to nurture young learners through engaging, play-based learning experiences. The ideal candidate should love working with children, understand early childhood development, and create a joyful, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote holistic development (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive).
• Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, art, craft, and free play sessions.
• Encourage children’s curiosity, self-expression, and confidence through interactive learning.
• Observe and document children’s progress and maintain records of learning outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with parents and support children’s individual needs.
• Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other teachers for events, celebrations, and school programs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / B.Ed. (preferred).
• Prior experience working with preschool or kindergarten children.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and local language if required).
• Warm, patient, and energetic personality.
• Creative teaching ideas using music, stories, play, and hands-on materials.
• Basic computer literacy for reports and digital communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹9,051.73 - ₹26,829.45 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
