Job Description: Home Care Physiotherapist

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide physiotherapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments and evaluate patient conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Provide physiotherapy interventions such as exercises, mobilization, strengthening, and pain-relief techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients and family members on home exercises, safety measures, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, progress notes, and reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all care is delivered with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
• Valid physiotherapy license/registration as per local regulations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or home care experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle home visits efficiently.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Work Environment:

• Home visit-based role.
• Flexible working hours as per patient requirements.
• Travel within assigned areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
