We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to generate leads and schedule site visits for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining property details, and coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

MINIMUN 2 YEARS EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES IN REAL ESTATE SALES ONLY APPLY

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to property sales.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and offers.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visit updates and closures.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects and terminology.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Fluent in Tamil and English

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service in real estate sales.
