• Job Summary :
• Conducting Regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building management systems.
• Assigning duties to the workers at the site and ensure a smooth operation
• Prepare and maintain list of crucial spares for BMS systems.
• Responding and promptly attend to service requests and provide technical support to clients.
• Faulty diagnosis and conduct system troubleshooting to minimize system downtime, thereby minimizing risk, disruption and inconvenience to building users.
• Assist in managing energy consumption and conservation, with a focus on the areas of responsibility.
• Oversee the planned and preventative maintenance CAFM system, ensuring effective processes and timely response to breakdowns.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Perform the preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm and firefighting system.
• Monitor fire command center and respond to alarms and emergency. Monitor and control BMS systems.
• Other additional duties as assigned by the Management.
• Maintain the log for all the events related to alarms and notifications.
• Oversee third party contractor works and obtain necessary documents.
• Maintain all the necessary documents in coordination with document controller to especially for fire system for QCDD certification purposes. Support fire safety officer in day-to-day activity like inspection, visit etc.
• Perform daily visual inspection for BMS and various fire and life safety equipment to ensure in operation.
• Report unsafe conditions, near missies etc…
• Ensure that all engineering spaces are safe, kept clean and in an orderly manner at all times.
• Prepare weekly walk through to check all engineering critical areas for necessary action.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Driving license (Preferred)
