Job Title: HVAC TechnicianJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation systems. The candidate must have strong knowledge in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth operation of all HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule for HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in:
• Split and ducted split AC units
• Package units
• AHU / FCU systems
• Chilled water systems
• Ventilation and exhaust fans
• Check refrigerant levels, pressure, temperature, and perform gas charging.
• Inspect and replace defective components such as:
• Compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, relays, thermostats
• Belts, bearings, filters, and sensors
• Perform duct inspection and minor duct repairs if required.
• Monitor and ensure proper operation of control systems and thermostats.
• Attend emergency breakdown calls and complete repairs within time.
• Maintain accurate records for maintenance activities, service reports, and spare parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE use, and company policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and report major issues and material requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and proper housekeeping.
• Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 2–5 years experience as HVAC Technician (maintenance field).

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in HVAC / Refrigeration / Mechanical / Electrical
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, refrigeration cycle, and electrical control systems.
• Ability to read basic HVAC drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using tools such as gauges, vacuum pump, leak detector, multimeter, etc.
• Basic knowledge of BMS is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Driving license (Preferred)
